Completed residential project was a £3.2 million restoration and redevelopment of an 1860’s grade II* house near the Natural History Museum in Kensington, London. This involved transforming and restoring the Royal Insect Society’s archives and offices into a large single residential dwelling, with a new mews house, and construction of a sub-basement to form an underground swimming pool and gym.
